## 1. POSITION AND START DATE

You are being offered the full-time, exempt position of **AI Product Operator** within TalentAI Inc. Your anticipated start date is **Tuesday, April 28, 2026**. Your primary place of work and any remote or hybrid arrangements will be confirmed with your manager prior to your first day!

You will report directly to **Sarah Chen**, and will work collaboratively within her team. Your specific responsibilities, goals, and performance expectations will be outlined in greater detail during your onboarding process.

## 2. COMPENSATION

**Base Salary**
Your starting base salary will be **$50,000.00 USD per year** (approximately **$1,923.08 USD per bi-weekly pay period**), less applicable withholdings and deductions, paid in accordance with TalentAI Inc.'s standard bi-weekly payroll schedule. Salary payments are made via direct deposit.

**Equity and Bonus**
Equity compensation and performance bonuses are not applicable to this position at this time. TalentAI Inc. periodically reviews compensation structures, and any future changes to your package would be communicated to you in writing.

**Salary Reviews**
Your compensation will be subject to review as part of TalentAI Inc.'s standard annual performance review cycle. Increases, if any, are at the sole discretion of the Company and are not guaranteed.

## 3. BENEFITS

As a full-time employee of TalentAI Inc., you will be eligible to participate in the Company's benefits programs, subject to the terms, conditions, and eligibility requirements of each plan. Our current benefits offerings include, but may not be limited to:

- **Health Insurance:** Medical, dental, and vision coverage, with a portion of premiums covered by the Company
- **Retirement Plan:** 401(k) plan with Company matching, subject to plan terms and vesting schedule
- **Paid Time Off (PTO):** Accrued vacation, sick leave, and Company-observed holidays, as outlined in the Employee Handbook
- **Additional Benefits:** Access to wellness programs, professional development resources, and other perquisites as made available by the Company from time to time

Full details of all benefit plans, including enrollment instructions and eligibility periods, will be provided to you during the onboarding process. TalentAI Inc. reserves the right to modify, amend, or terminate any benefit plan at any time in accordance with applicable law.

## 4. AT-WILL EMPLOYMENT

Your employment with TalentAI Inc. is **at-will**. This means that either you or TalentAI Inc. may terminate the employment relationship at any time, for any reason or no reason, with or without cause, and with or without advance notice. Nothing in this offer letter, in any Company policy, or in any other communication shall be construed to alter the at-will nature of your employment or to create a contract of employment for any specific duration.

## 5. CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT

This offer of employment is contingent upon the satisfactory completion of the following:

**a) Background Check**
This offer is conditional upon your successful completion of a pre-employment background check conducted by a third-party provider authorized by TalentAI Inc. The background check may include, but is not limited to, verification of identity, employment history, education credentials, and a criminal record check, conducted in accordance with applicable federal and state law. You will receive a separate authorization form to initiate this process.

**b) Right to Work Verification**
In accordance with the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986, you will be required to provide documentation establishing your identity and legal authorization to work in the United States. On or before your first day of employment, you will be required to complete Form I-9 and present acceptable documentation as specified by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.

**c) Company Policies and Agreements**
Your employment is further conditioned upon your review and acknowledgment of TalentAI Inc.'s Employee Handbook and applicable company policies. You may also be required to execute a Confidentiality, Non-Disclosure, and Intellectual Property Assignment Agreement as a condition of commencing employment. These documents will be provided to you during the onboarding process.

## 6. CONFIDENTIALITY AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

As an employee of TalentAI Inc., you will have access to confidential, proprietary, and trade secret information belonging to the Company and its clients. You agree to protect such information in accordance with any confidentiality agreements you execute and all applicable laws. Any work product, inventions, or intellectual property created by you within the scope of your employment shall be the sole property of TalentAI Inc., subject to the terms of the applicable agreements to be provided at onboarding.

## 7. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This offer letter, together with any agreements referenced herein, constitutes the entire agreement between you and TalentAI Inc. with respect to the terms of your employment, and supersedes any prior discussions, representations, or understandings. Any modifications to the terms of this offer must be made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of TalentAI Inc.

## 8. ACCEPTANCE INSTRUCTIONS

To accept this offer, please:

1. **Sign and date** the Candidate Acceptance section below.
2. **Return** a signed copy of this letter to TalentAI Inc. via email at **careers@talentai.com** or by returning a physical copy to our offices at the address listed above.
3. **Deadline:** Please return your signed acceptance no later than **Friday, April 18, 2026**. If we do not receive your signed acceptance by this date, TalentAI Inc. reserves the right to withdraw this offer.
