Your role as Senior AI Product Engineer will be integral to our product engineering team. You will work closely with Sarah Chen and collaborate across disciplines to help design, develop, and deliver AI-powered solutions that reflect TalentAI Inc.'s commitment to innovation and excellence. A detailed job description outlining your core responsibilities and performance expectations will be provided during your onboarding.

**2. COMPENSATION**

- **Base Salary:** $80,000.00 (Eighty Thousand Dollars) per year
- **Pay Schedule:** Paid bi-weekly (26 pay periods per year), equivalent to approximately $3,076.92 per pay period (gross, before applicable taxes and deductions)
- **Equity / Bonus:** Not applicable at this time

Your compensation will be reviewed as part of TalentAI Inc.'s standard performance review process, typically conducted on an annual basis. Any adjustments to compensation are made at the Company's discretion and are not guaranteed.

**4. AT-WILL EMPLOYMENT**

Your employment with TalentAI Inc. is **at-will**, meaning that either you or the Company may terminate the employment relationship at any time, for any reason or no reason, with or without cause, and with or without advance notice. Nothing in this offer letter, any Company policy, handbook, or any oral or written statement by any Company representative is intended to create, or should be construed as creating, a contract of employment for a specific term or a guarantee of continued employment. The at-will nature of your employment may only be modified by a separate written agreement signed by an authorized officer of TalentAI Inc.

**5. CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT**

This offer is contingent upon the successful satisfaction of the following conditions:

a. **Right to Work Verification:** In accordance with the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986, you will be required to provide documentation establishing your identity and legal authorization to work in the United States. On or before your first day of employment, you will be required to complete Form I-9. Acceptable documents are listed on the reverse of that form.

b. **Background Check:** This offer is contingent upon the satisfactory completion of a pre-employment background check, which may include verification of prior employment, education credentials, and a criminal history review, conducted in accordance with applicable federal and state law. You will receive separate instructions to initiate this process. TalentAI Inc. will comply with all applicable laws, including the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), in connection with any background check.

c. **Confidentiality and Proprietary Information Agreement:** As a condition of employment, you will be required to review, sign, and return the Company's Confidentiality, Invention Assignment, and Non-Disclosure Agreement prior to or on your first day of employment.

d. **Company Policies:** Your employment is subject to your review of and compliance with all TalentAI Inc. policies, procedures, and guidelines as set forth in the Company's Employee Handbook, which will be provided to you during onboarding.

Should any of the above conditions not be satisfied to the Company's reasonable satisfaction, TalentAI Inc. reserves the right to withdraw this offer or, if employment has commenced, to terminate employment.

**6. ENTIRE AGREEMENT**

This letter, together with any agreements referenced herein, constitutes the complete and entire understanding between you and TalentAI Inc. with respect to the terms of your employment and supersedes any prior discussions, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter hereof. No modification of the terms of this offer shall be valid unless made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of the Company.
